Scott Little
Installation Technician at Sound Decisions

Scott Little joined Sound Decisions in December 2023 after relocating back to Alaska, bringing with him over 25 years of experience in the audio-visual and low voltage industries. Throughout his career, Scott has built and managed teams across the nation, delivering top-tier service and design for audio-visual and low voltage system clients. From owning his own startup to managing service and installation teams for large corporate integration firms, Scott’s career is defined by his commitment to excellence and innovation.

After earning his B.A. from the University of Tennessee (Knoxville), Scott spent the first seven years of his career as an audio engineer in Atlanta, GA, where he worked with major recording labels like Warner Bros, Sony, and Arista. He collaborated with artists such as TLC, Boyz II Men, and George Clinton, among others.

In 1997, Scott transitioned into the low voltage industry, starting as an entry-level installer for an audio-visual firm in Nashville. He went on to own his own business based in Memphis before joining Memphis Communications Corporation in 2006. As a manager for their Audio Visual Division, Scott oversaw installation and service teams, playing a pivotal role in serving high-profile clients like FedEx and Smith & Nephew Ortho, along with hundreds of other businesses.

Scott relocated to Alaska to pursue his passion for the outdoors. An avid hiker, he appreciates the rugged beauty and wildness of the state. Since moving to Alaska, Scott met his wife Christina, and they live in downtown Anchorage. Both Scott and Christina are musicians, and they enjoy performing together in Anchorage and throughout the state.

As an Installation Technician for Sound Decisions, Scott holds several industry-recognized certifications and is committed to providing exceptional service. He has quickly come to appreciate the culture of Alaska, where most people share his values of living a healthy lifestyle and enjoying the unique challenges and beauty the state has to offer.

"One of the best parts of my job is the people and places I get to meet and visit – in just one year, I’ve seen more of Alaska than most people will ever get to see, and I love it!"
