Nunapitchuk Public Safety Building

The Project includes the following Work:

1. Furnish and construct a new public safety building, including utility connections and septic tank

protection housing.

a. Phase 1: H-pile and helical pile foundation procurement and construction. This phase

shall consist of procurement of all foundation materials required by the plans and

specifications, including but not limited to H-piles, helical piles, thermosyphons, and all

other materials, tools, equipment, labor, supervision and other project related requirements

to perform the work to supply and install all foundations. Foundations shall be installed

complete and ready for installation of structures upon the foundations.

b. Phase 2: Building procurement and construction, and all other work and materials in the

plans and specifications not completed by Phase 1. Phase 2 shall consist of procurement

and installation of all materials, tools, equipment, labor, supervision and other project

related requirements to perform the work to complete the project.
