Scope of Work

This project consisted of a targeted expansion and interior renovation of the Seldovia Village Tribe Health and Wellness Clinic in Homer, Alaska, focused on improving functionality, patient flow, and overall clinical capacity. The scope included construction of a new building addition strategically positioned between the existing health clinic and wellness center, delivering a new primary entry, waiting and reception areas, vertical circulation via elevator, administrative offices, and support spaces. In parallel, the project incorporated selective demolition and phased interior remodels within active healthcare environments, including reconfiguration of the physical therapy area, upgrades to dental operatories with relocated X-ray equipment, and the addition of a kitchenette within a new conference space. Work extended across all major trades, including structural, architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, medical gas systems, and low-voltage communications, along with associated site improvements, requiring careful coordination, infection control considerations, and uninterrupted facility operations throughout construction.
