Egan Convention Center

SD Construction was contracted to complete a comprehensive renovation of the barrel vault glazing system at the west end of the Egan Convention Center. The 1,618-square-foot, two-story expansion—originally constructed in 1998—required targeted upgrades to restore envelope integrity and extend the building's service life.

This high-visibility project required precise coordination with municipal stakeholders and minimal disruption to an active downtown facility. The result is a structurally sound, energy-efficient, and visually impactful upgrade that preserves the architectural identity of the Egan Center while meeting modern performance standards.
