Born and raised in Anchorage, I moved to Wasilla in 2008, which is when I began my electrical career. Prior to that, I worked for a distribution company for five years focusing on sales, merchandising, and point of sale.
At the time I was entering the electrical field, I was young and starting a family, and I wanted something reliable that would allow me to provide while also giving me the opportunity to grow.
Spending time with family is paramount. Whether camping, hiking, exploring, snowboarding, rockhounding, traveling, drawing, crafting, or simply spending quality time at home, my family is what completes my fulfillment.
I’m passionate about many things, particularly building up confidence and supporting others starting with family, but extending to friends and colleagues as well. I enjoy learning and becoming a more well-rounded technician, and I find great joy in fixing things, making corrections, and troubleshooting solutions. Creating, crafting, and making art are some of my purest forms of satisfaction. Music is also a major passion of mine, I consider it the soundtrack to our lives.
What I enjoy most about working at SD is the team, the energy, and the support network available. I appreciate the opportunities SD provides, the new skills I continue to absorb, and the communication, personability, and feedback I receive from colleagues. I consider myself privileged to be a part of this team and will make every effort to reciprocate these qualities to future generations of SD employees.
